How to get the most out of your practice

I recommend starting your day with this practice.

When done in the morning, this will set your day on the right track. Eliminate anxiety and stress-proof yourself so you stay calm and centered no matter what comes your way.

Do this practice daily to build the benefits over time for your optimal physical and mental health.

If you only have 5 minutes, then only do the first 5 minutes of the movement or meditation… a few minutes is a LOT better than nothing!

  • Do not practice Uddiyana Bhanda while pregnant or menstruating
  • Listen to your own body and don’t continue any exercizes that you feel will strain or harm your body in any way.
