Hi, my name is Lalita Shree Maa

From a young age I have been driven by the quest for healing at the level of root cause.

First it was the question of how to heal the rheumatoid arthritis that had a debilitating affect on my body since age 2. I knew there was a physical cause, and something more than physical to be healed. I always knew it wasn’t a life sentence, and I was right.

Then after a heavy dose of family trauma as a teenager, my quest expanded to the healing of trauma at the deepest level.

The more I learned and healed myself, the more a burning desire to support others in their healing consumed my life.

After decades of study, deep inner work, and working with many people from diverse backgrounds all over the world, I have become intimately familiar with seeing the root of an issue, and facilitating whatever movement is called for to dissolve it.

Most people I work with have been in the world of symptom management for far too long. They might feel better for a little while, but nothing fundamentally changes.

On the other side of real healing and transformation is an undeniable experience of inner freedom and well-being—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, relationally…

We can have it all. It’s our nature.

We just need to dissolve what’s in the way, and come home to ourselves.

How I Work

My approach is experiential, practical, and personalized. Whether in a private session, course, or immersive intensive, the work is rooted in presence and adapted to each individual.

I weave together somatic therapy, neuroscience, Polyvagal-informed approaches, expressive arts, listening therapies, nature, movement, and habit and lifestyle change—alongside ancient yogic practices for awakening, including breathwork, mantra, meditation, and esoteric wisdom.

We work at the deepest levels of the body, nervous system, subconscious mind, and energy field to catalyze rapid and lasting change.

Who I Work With

I work with people of all ages—from infants to elders—and from all walks of life. Some of my specialties include:

Highly sensitive and neurodivergent children, teens, and adults

Parents and families—especially those seeking to support their child’s nervous system and development, while improving connection and family dynamics

Trauma renegotiation and nervous system regulation—resolving early imprinting, birth trauma, shock, and complex life experiences

Teenagers and young adults, particularly those in the transition after high school and into early adulthood

Spiritually-oriented individuals—whether just beginning or deeply in a path—who are committed to awakening without bypassing the human layers

People stuck in destructive patterns or struggling to change habits, despite years of effort

Individuals in major life transitions, or processing chronic stress, grief, or emotional pain

Chronic illness or pain tied to unresolved trauma, stress, or emotion

Coaches, therapists, and healing professionals seeking mentorship, advanced tools, or deeper personal work

Entrepreneurs and leaders looking to expand their impact by upleveling themselves

Individuals who’ve done therapy or personal development but haven’t found lasting change—or are ready to go to the next level in their life and consciousness

Credentials & Professional Experience

My most significant professional training, personal healing, and transformation has come through the rigor of my spiritual path.

Since 2004, I’ve trained closely with my spiritual master, Her Holiness Sai Maa. This includes professional training, intense personal work, and an unwavering daily practice for over 20 years.

I’m an ordained Brahmacharini (nun) in Sai Maa’s lineage and, in 2019, received the rare title of Mahamandaleshwar—one of the highest honors in an ancient Vedic monastic tradition—recognizing me as a global spiritual leader.

Alongside this, I’ve trained in a wide range of modalities, giving me a flexible toolbox to tailor the work to each person’s unique wiring, developmental stage, and needs. These tools help me guide others through the turbulent waters of being human with presence and precision.

Certifications

These are professional certifications I’ve completed, which represent core modalities in my work:

Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) – A body‑oriented method for resolving trauma and chronic stress by restoring nervous system resilience.

SomaSource® Practitioner – A movement and expressive arts–based approach that fosters embodied healing, resilience, and psycho-emotional development.

Neuroencoding® Specialist™ – Tools to rewire the brain and shift subconscious patterns using neuroscience-backed methods.

Healing Trauma in Children with Clay Field Therapy® (certification pending) – A hands-on, sensorimotor approach that supports children and teens in expressing and resolving developmental trauma through tactile engagement with clay.

Healing Trauma with Guided Drawing® – A bilateral, body‑focused art therapy method that supports trauma healing by tracking felt sensations through rhythmic drawing, encouraging embodied responses rather than cognitive analysis.

Safe and Sound Protocol® (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol® (RRP) – Polyvagal-informed listening therapies that shift the nervous system toward regulation, connection, and safety.

Profound Healing Facilitator – Trained by H.H. Sai Maa in energetic processes that clear the roots of emotional wounding by returning what doesn’t belong to us and reclaiming lost life force.

Brainspotting® (Level 2) – A brain-based method that uses eye positioning and bilateral stimulation to process trauma and unlock stuck emotional material.

Wilderness First Responder – Emergency medical training for remote settings. Also trained as a wilderness guide leading nature-based programs and rites of passage for youth.

Advanced Trainings & Additional Modalities

The following are advanced trainings and therapeutic methods I draw from in my work:

Internship with Ana do Valle, OT, SEP, Anthroposophical Counselor – Specialized mentorship in treating sensory processing differences and trauma with children and families.

Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe)™ with Diane Poole Heller – Attachment-based somatic approach to healing developmental trauma.

Hands-on Energy Healing – Trained in Magdalena Healing™, Jin Shin Jyutsu®, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki (Master level). (Somatic Experiencing® touch work, which draws from osteopathic principles, is also integrated into my practice.)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)® – A tapping method to regulate emotion, ease stress and anxiety, and shift stuck thoughts and beliefs.

Relational Life Therapy™ (Terry Real) – A structured relational model that helps identify and shift unhealthy patterns, restore balance in relationships, and build authentic connection and accountability.

Advanced Trainings with Peter Levine – Somatic Interventions for Chronic Pain & Syndromes; Witnessing the Body’s Wisdom: A Somatic Journey Through Shame and Grief, Returning to Authentic Joy.

Subconscious Repatterning & Deep-State Work – I use a range of tools to access the subconscious and shift entrenched patterns—drawing on principles from visual repatterning, bilateral stimulation, nervous system regulation, and deep-state facilitation. These methods allow clients to rewire emotional responses, shift limiting beliefs, and create new neural associations through embodied, experiential processes that go beyond talk-based approaches.

Sensory Integration Principles – Study, application, and internship with Ana do Valle, OT, along with additional coursework. Focus on how sensory processing influences behavior, regulation, and emotional development—particularly in highly sensitive individuals—and how sensory systems can be supported and retrained to foster greater resilience and adaptability in daily life.

Holistic Physical Health & Lifestyle Change – Rooted in decades of personal study and lived experience, my work draws on functional approaches to healing the body through simple, sustainable changes in nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and environment. I don’t offer medical advice—but I help clients apply what they’ve learned from doctors and build a team of holistic and functional providers when needed. I also work with the psychosomatic root of symptoms, supporting people to shift the emotional, mental, and energetic patterns that affect their physical health.

Continual Learning – I’m endlessly curious about how humans are wired—and how to not just heal, but live in a state of total liberation. I never stop learning, and my approach evolves as I do.

A Bit More About me

I love laughing with friends—so hard I can’t breathe—and for no reason at all. (my absolute favorite activity since childhood.)

Art, music, dance, and basically anything creative is my life long love.

Nature is my sanctuary—where I listen, reset, and remember what’s real.

I love deep stillness, and I love moving my body.

I love singing and praying in many languages, and experiencing the deep wisdom at the heart of every spiritual tradition I’ve had the privilege to encounter.

I’ve traveled across the world, learning from and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and traditions.

At the core, I believe all paths lead to the same Source, and I hold a deep respect for every human journey. Above all, I love people. I love learning about them, witnessing their breakthroughs, and walking with them as they blossom into more of themselves.
