Deepen Your Inner Stillness

True inner stillness is bliss. The journey to find that stillness… usually not blissful at all.

If you’ve ever tried meditating you may have found that when you sit still there’s (at least sometimes) anything but stillness inside… LOTs of thoughts, uncomfortable feelings, physical discomfort or pain, boredom, and a long list of things you can think of to do that seem higher priority than sitting there.

I made a decision about 20 years ago to meditate every day, and after 2 decades of fulfilling this commitment to myself, I can tell you- It’s SO worth it.

I have experienced all kinds of non-peace over the years of sitting in stillness with my own mind. Some days felt like a form of torcher, some days were more easy and even blissful.

I stuck with it because I knew the value of practicing consistently.

Over time I discovered shortcuts that allow me to quiet whatever noise is happening inside to reach that state where everything grows still, peaceful, and the flood of light envelopes me.

I’d love to share these methods with you.

It is possible for all of us to experience peace inside, and not for the purpose of meditating, rather so you can feel that way all the time through the activities of your daily life.

If you are a seasoned meditator, learn how to bring your practice to the next level.

If you are new or only dabble in meditation, this will inspire you and give you some immediate tools to start a practice that you deeply enjoy.
