This is a great meditation to start your day, or pause in the middle of a busy day to calm, ground, and reset your nervous system.

As you listen to it you will find yourself being able to stop, breathe, and become calm and focused. Notice how your awareness expands as your center becomes clear. Most of all, just allow yourself to listen, let go, and relax. There is nothing to do here but sit (or lie) back and listen.

They are both short so you can easily fit them into your busy schedule.  There are 2 different versions so that you have options depending on how much time you have, 5 or 10 minutes. Enjoy this “mini-break” any time…
